in a tattoo parlor on a converted bus. 

Destiny's Dad is a

 dingo, husky, malamute, aussie & German shep pit.. comes from a lineage of traveling dogs. 

mama is a rescue from the streets of New Orleans, pit mix. Maybe also healer n Boston terrier
